Rizwana helps seamlessly collect relevant HR-related data from many sources, while working to analyze and resolve workday technical issues, support Learning & Development activities, and help improve the employee experience at Rocket Software. What interested you in Rocket Software? 

What intrigued me about a role at Rocket Software was the company's vibrant culture characterized by innovation, collaboration, and connectivity. The emphasis on connectivity resonated deeply, reflecting a culture where relationships and interactions are valued. Rocket Software's goal-oriented approach and abundance of growth and learning opportunities were compelling factors for me.

This emphasis on human-centric values distinguishes Rocket Software from other companies and aligns with my beliefs about fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

What is one of your proudest moments during your time at Rocket Software? 

What makes me proud in my role at Rocket Software is every instance where I can contribute to the success and development of my colleagues on the People Systems Analytics team. Whether it's guiding them through challenges, providing training, or offering assistance, these moments bring me immense pride. I find fulfillment in resolving queries and supporting my peers, drawing on my experience to help them navigate their work effectively. Being recognized and appreciated by leaders and managers for these efforts only adds to the sense of accomplishment.

Do you think Rocket Software’s values of Empathy, Humanity, Trust, and Love are unique from other companies? And how do you live by these in your day-to-day role? 

What draws me to Rocket Software's values is its profound ability to foster a sense of belonging among employees. The emphasis on respect, inclusivity, collaboration, and valuing diverse perspectives creates an environment where everyone feels welcomed and appreciated. I strongly believe in emotional intelligence, nurturing relationships, and embodying politeness and humility. Maintaining a positive attitude, showing respect, and smiling are integral to my interactions.

These values set Rocket Software apart from other companies where I've worked. While diversity and inclusion policies may exist elsewhere, the genuine embodiment of these values daily is something I've only encountered at Rocket Software. Every interaction at Rocket Software reinforces the importance of respect, humility, and warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere where genuine connections can flourish when we greet each other with smiles and gestures of kindness.

I have participated in the Pledge 1% global campaign started in Princeton, NJ, to leverage a portion of my future success to support nonprofits in the global community. It’s an international movement that encourages and empowers companies of all sizes and stages to donate 1% of their staff time, product, profit, and equity to ANY charity of their choosing.
