Here's a sneak peek at the events we'll be attending and hosting throughout the month:
Gartner IT Symposium (September 9-11, Gold Coast, Australia)
We’ll kickoff September by heading “down under” to the Gartner IT Symposium in Australia – an event that draws over 1,500 CIOs and IT executives who come together to discuss the latest trends and challenges in the IT world. This conference comes at a time when AI is transforming industries, leading more organizations to rethink their data architectures and embark on critical modernization journeys. As a Silver Exhibitor, Rocket Software will have a booth where our experts will be ready to offer guidance on how to modernize IT infrastructures without disruption.
Vanguard Security & Compliance (September 16-19, Charlotte, NC)
In mid-September, Rocket Software will spend four days in Charlotte for the Vanguard Security & Compliance 2024 event, which draws in cybersecurity leaders from around the world. As a sponsor, Rocket Software is excited to contribute to the advanced training sessions focused on securing the IBM System z. Our team will lead four key sessions, featuring in-depth discussions on topics such as z/OS code vulnerabilities and insider threats. These sessions, led by our experts like Ray Overby, Cynthia Overby, and John Crossno, promise to deliver valuable knowledge that attendees can apply to enhance their cybersecurity measures.
NAViGATE 2024 (September 16-18, Bonita Springs, FL)
We then head to sunny Florida for NAViGATE 2024, an event centered around IBM i. Rocket Software will be at the heart of the action with a booth on the exhibit floor, ready to engage with attendees. This IBM-focused event offers a variety of sessions on topics spanning from AI, IT strategy, DevOps, and much more, presented by IBM executives and industry experts. Rocket.Build (September 25-26, Rocket Software offices and online)
To close out the month, Rocket Software will once again host its annual hackathon, Rocket.Build. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the event, which welcomes coders and creatives of all levels to work on transformative projects, from internal tools to customer-centric solutions. Rocket.Build is the place to showcase innovation and push the boundaries of what’s possible in IT. We’re looking forward to seeing the bold ideas that come out of this year’s hackathon.
