This advancement has led to a 32% reduction in help desk call volumes with clients now able to independently resolve document-related queries. Additionally, mobility has been enhanced through a secure mobile application, enabling 8,000 customers to access their policy documents in real-time. These improvements have streamlined internal processes and boosted both employee productivity and customer satisfaction.
