CSTK specializes in Thermo King transport refrigeration units, customized truck bodies, and advanced vehicle solutions. Operating across 18 companies, CSTK generates over $34M annually, relying on an IBM i-based ERP system.

Challenge

Duplicate data entry between the IBM i system and Salesforce led to inefficiencies costing $200,000 annually. 

STK and their IT services partner Velociti struggled with manual data entry to sync transactions, invoicing, and forecasting between Salesforce and the IBM i general ledger. This process was not only time-consuming but prone to errors, making it a bottleneck for operations. Upgrading or replatforming IBM i was deemed too costly and risky, estimated at $1M annually just to enable integration.
