I already had experience working with enterprise technology and high-tech products, so once I decided I was ready to expand my skillset, Rocket Software was an obvious choice. Rocket Software was relatively new to India when I joined, but—as a challenge-seeking person, I loved that its products are so versatile and comprehensive—and after meeting some of the people here, I knew it was the right place for me to learn and grow.

Receiving positive feedback about my team from other managers is always a proud moment for me at work—witnessing recognition for their skills, dedication, and hard work fills me with a sense of accomplishment. Knowing that their efforts are acknowledged by others not only validates their commitment but also reaffirms my belief in their capabilities and the collaborative spirit we foster. This kind of acknowledgment also reflects positively on my leadership journey and the investment I've made in nurturing and guiding them.
