I already had experience working with enterprise technology and high-tech products, so once I decided I was ready to expand my skillset, Rocket Software was an obvious choice. Rocket Software was relatively new to India when I joined, but—as a challenge-seeking person, I loved that its products are so versatile and comprehensive—and after meeting some of the people here, I knew it was the right place for me to learn and grow.

Receiving positive feedback about my team from other managers is always a proud moment for me at work—witnessing recognition for their skills, dedication, and hard work fills me with a sense of accomplishment.
