The booster and mentor initiatives in Rocket helped me a lot throughout the academy. They were always supportive and motivating when times were challenging. It allowed me to delve deeper into the Rocket culture. Not only did it allow me to see what kind of people I will be working with outside management but also to meet them in an informal environment."

I enjoyed our traditional community morning breakfast, starting the day with delicious food, coffee and good company. This initiative is as important to me as learning about mainframe!
