What is the event about? 

The IBM Z Symposium brings together the IBM Z mainframe community across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for a full day of exchange, learning, and networking. Organized by IBM, this event is designed for customers and partners who want to stay current on IBM Z strategy, technical innovation, and real-world experiences. 

Event description

Event will take place at the brand-new IBM Technology Campus in Ehningen. On two stages, selected speakers from IBM customers, business partners, and IBM itself will present new projects, technologies, and challenges – moderated by star IT architect Tobias Leicher.

The focus of the lineup guarantees unique insights into the world of IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE in 2026.main topics discussed will be Digital sovereignty, Artificial intelligence ( and regulatory requirements), Application modernization, Confidential Computing, Digital Assets, Secrets Management.

MEZZINA concert & after show party

On the evening of the first day of the event, we cordially invite you to a get-together in the unique atmosphere of the IBM Technology Campus. The rock band MEZZINA from Rodgau will create a festival atmosphere and delight us with their classic rock hits.
