NextGen was nothing short of life-changing. The technical training gave me a strong foundation and helped me transition into my full-time role with confidence. Throughout the program, I was surrounded by supportive mentors and talented peers who challenged me to grow. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities and lasting connections I gained through the experience. 

Joining Rocket Software's NextGen Program has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I had the privilege of learning alongside talented, driven individuals from a variety of backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and expertise. The program deepened my technical knowledge while strengthening important professional skills. Most importantly, it challenged me to step outside my comfort zone and grow in ways that will have a lasting impact on my career. I am grateful for the experience and excited to apply what I've learned in my new role. 

My experience with NextGen was incredibly positive. The program was welcoming and designed with mainframe beginners in mind, which made it easy to build a strong foundation in mainframe technologies. I appreciated that the learning process was not rushed. The six-month timeline gave us enough time to truly understand the material. I also enjoyed the Booster Program, which provided a great opportunity to connect and network with colleagues across the company.
