Survey Surfaces Depth of Mainframe Application Migration Challenges

Rocket Software's Forrester survey reveals that although 69% of 309 decision-makers responsible for modernizing mainframe applications view these initiatives as very or extremely important for achieving business objectives, only 18% of the budget allocated for these projects is specifically dedicated to modernizing or rewriting those applications.
