Rocket Software developed a proof of concept tailored to Groupe Casino’s needs. Deploying Rocket Terminal Emulator across stores, warehouses, and headquarters enabled seamless access to IBM zSystems^® and IBM^® i platforms. Centralized user rights were managed with Transport Layer Security (TLS) for backend encryption and HTTPS for browser communications. The emulator’s intuitive design required no professional installation services. An eight-week trial confirmed its scalability, ease of use, and simple administration. Centralized updates and customizations reduced downtime, while Rocket’s architecture diagrams secured support from IT and security teams.
