Rocket Software (www.rocketsoftware.com), a Boston-based developer of Enterprise Infrastructure products, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Computer Corporation of America of Waltham, Massachusetts. The companies are not disclosing financial terms of the deal. A further announcement will be made once this transaction closes.
Since 1965, Computer Corporation of America has designed, developed, and deployed high performance database systems for enterprises around the globe. The Computer Corporation of America flagship product, Model 204, is used to store and access large volumes of data and manages high transaction loads. Other Computer Corporation of America products include OASIS, MarketPulse, CCA Analytics and System 1032.
