Waltham, MA—October 18, 2016—Rocket Software today announced the general availability of Rocket® Discover 1.6, the self-service Business Intelligence (BI) solution that helps organizations gain more value from their existing IBM® Cognos® TM1 investments. Rocket Discover’s native interface to TM1 lets business users easily access TM1 Cubes, leverage the features of the TM1 engine to increase productivity, and collaboratively share dashboards with IBM Connections Communities through a new IBM Connections integration.

Discover’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface simplifies and speeds data analysis while reducing reliance on IT. Rocket Discover accelerates TM1 usability with enhancements that allow users to:

• Easily create custom TM1 views with “slice-and-dice and store” functionality for reuse and sharing across the team
• Leverage popular TM1 features such as subsets, attributes, aliases, and picklists for improved ROI
• Execute TM1 TurboIntegrator (TI) processes from within Discover for a more efficient workflow
• Test theories, or enrich data with ad hoc calculations
