About Neil Fowler

Neil joined Rocket in 2024 after previously leading the AMC Product Group at OpenText and Micro Focus for many years. Over the past 30 years, he has played a key role in R&D as a technical and solutions architect in Enterprise Solutions, as well as holding a variety of leadership roles, including General Manager for AMC, focusing on strategy, acquisition integration, product design, and delivery. As well as creating the Modernization Maturity Model, he has helped hundreds of customers & partners successfully deliver modernization projects with the support of passionate and engaged teams that he has had the privilege to lead.

Neil holds a BSC in Physics and Computer Science and outside of work enjoys cooking for his family and spoiling a good walk on the golf course.
