Rocket Software Processors and Sub-processors

Rocket Software (“we,” “us,” “our”) engages affiliates and third parties in order to assist with service support and to facilitate our business operations. Such affiliates and third parties may, as processor or sub-processor (as the context requires) process personal data on behalf of our customers and/or Rocket Software. We set out below a current list of such affiliates and third parties, which may be updated from time to time. 

Corporate Affiliates

Our corporate affiliates process personal data in connection with services support and for our activities in relation to hiring and human-resources data. Below is a current list of our corporate affiliates that process such data, which may be updated from time to time. All affiliates listed below have entered into an Intragroup Data Processing Agreement including the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses as well as other legally required documentation in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. 

Third-party providers – Customer Data 

We use third-party service providers when carrying out activities in relation to our business operations. These fall into the following groups:

1. Customers and Partners – We may collect and store customers’ and partners’ information as part of the sales transaction process and completed purchases for software and services (e.g., business contact information, quotes, signed order forms and agreements, etc.). We use business technology and business application providers to help us with our customer relations management, sales reporting, correspondence and communications, invoicing, and collection. We may also rely on marketing application platform providers for reaching out about company news, events, products and marketing information.
2. Vendors – We may collect information in relation to our suppliers, contractors and service providers for registering these in our vendor procurement tools, to manage the contracted services, purchase orders, invoices and payments.
3. SaaS Data – We may receive personal data from our customers and partners when they use our products (e.g., log details such as a username, support case documentation, SaaS data from certain products for EDX, etc.). We use technology providers for our support portal, communications and, where appropriate, offering the SaaS products.

Third-party providers – Employee and Applicant Data

Business operations providers help provide underlying technology and applications for our hiring and recruitment processes, marketing, and communications.
