Established in 1992, Mainstream New Zealand started as a freight service provider between Auckland and Christchurch. Today, with over 300 staff, the company offers comprehensive freight and warehousing solutions, powered by proprietary systems developed with Rocket Software's technology.

Expanding operations required Mainstream to address inefficiencies in manual processes while meeting increasing customer demands for real-time solutions. 

When Mainstream began warehousing for clients, their manual, paper-based processes couldn't support the growing business demands. Customers required a digital solution to generate quotes, manage shipments, track deliveries, and access real-time proof of delivery. Mainstream also needed a customer-facing portal, integrated with their internal systems, to streamline operations and improve the user experience. Integrating these new functionalities without compromising decades of business logic became a critical obstacle.

With Rocket MVIS, they integrated APIs for web and mobile, enabling real-time updates for customers and teams. Smart GUIs and tablets helped warehouse staff streamline tracking and processing. By adopting modern tools and cloud hosting, Mainstream sped up application delivery, transforming operations and customer interactions into scalable, efficient solutions.
