Rocket Software schließt die Übernahme von OpenTech Systems ab

Waltham, MA – 19. Oktober 2012 – Rocket Software, Inc. gab heute die Übernahme nahezu aller Vermögenswerte von OpenTech Systems, Inc. bekannt, einem führenden Anbieter von Software für die physische und virtuelle Banddatenmigration für IBM System z. OpenTech Lösungen genießen seit über einem Jahrzehnt weltweit das Vertrauen von Speicheranbietern, Serviceprovidern und Großunternehmen. Das OpenTech Team mit Sitz in der Nähe von Dallas ist nun Teil unserer globalen Organisation mit über 1.000 Mitarbeitern und gehört zum Geschäftsbereich Rocket Storage, Networks and Compliance.
