About Stuart McGill

Stuart McGill joined Rocket Software in May 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Hybrid Cloud Sales within the Application Modernization and Connectivity Product Group, following his tenure as SVP of Enterprise Sales and Chief Technology Officer at OpenText.

Stuart brings a wealth of experience to his role, having held a variety of senior positions within Micro Focus and OpenText in his 25+ year history with the company. His impressive career includes leading global teams in marketing, product management, and overseeing operations in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East

Prior to his position at OpenText/Micro Focus, Stuart was the worldwide general manager for Borland's Application Development Tools business and served as an advisor to several European technology start-ups. He has a degree in mechanical engineering, and a master’s degree in engineering, economics, and management, both earned from the University of Birmingham.
