About Liz Fischer

Liz joined Rocket Software in 2023, bringing over two decades of legal expertise in M&A, technology licensing, corporate governance, and public offerings. As Chief Legal Officer, she oversees the organization’s legal functions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards while mitigating legal risks.

Prior to joining Rocket Software, she served as General Counsel for Perch, a technology-driven commerce company, where she was responsible for negotiating and driving strategic transactions and financings, including M&A and debt transactions. She also managed the company’s extensive IP portfolio and all litigation matters. Liz also served as General Counsel at BitSight Technologies, a cyber risk and security ratings company, where she created the company’s legal function. Prior to BitSight Technologies, she worked at Constant Contact, a leading publicly traded email marketing SaaS solution that was taken private by Endurance International Group.

Liz earned her BA from Yale University and her JD from University of Virginia School of Law. Liz resides in the Greater Boston area with her three daughters.
