Rocket Software Third Party Subprocessors for Applicant Data

Rocket Software uses third party subprocessors to process personal data (as defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) provided by applicants in order to consider them for employment with Rocket and process their application materials. These subprocessors provide hosted applications, support, and implementation services for Rocket.

Subprocessors obtain personal data only to provide the contracted services to Rocket, subject to Data Processing Addendum terms. Transfer of personal data from the European Economic Area to the other countries listed below is subject to Rocket Software Group’s Intercompany Agreement incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
