What’s MV Madness?

MV Madness (a play on the American College Basketball Tournament March Madness) is your chance to test your MV knowledge and compete against others for fabulous prizes (and bragging rights)!

When is MV Madness?

The qualifying round kicks off March 24- March 31. You pick one set of trivia questions to answer – UniVerse, UniData, D3 OR mvBase (pick your bracket/flavor). There are 20 questions.

Then, from April 2-7, the people with the top 20% of scorers will compete in the finals. The 20 finals questions will be more general but still mostly MultiValue oriented.

What’s the Rocket Forum?

Not familiar with the new Rocket Forum? It’s a 6 month old collaboration space designed to help you get the most from your MV investments and it’s the only place to engage directly with Rocket product managers and developers. Plus…

  • Help shape future products.
  • Get advice from the experts.
  • Access exclusive events and opportunities to learn and engage (like MV Madness) and members-only content.
  • Get advanced notice of events, product releases, etc. (such as how-to content related to the latest version of MVIS launched last week).
  • Connect directly with peers using the same tools trying to achieve similar outcomes.

How can I play?

To participate, all you need to do is create a free account on the MV Forum. Visit community.rocketsoftware.com and look in the upper right corner to create your free account. Once you’re a member join the MV sub-forum of your choice -U2, D3, MVIS or all of them! You’ll see the MV Madness banner – click it to take the quiz.

Still wondering about the fabulous prizes? The folks who make it to the finals will get a pair of Rocket PJ pants (or Pyjama bottoms if you’re in the UK) – perfect if you’re working from home! Our top 5 winners (top scores in the shortest amount of time) will get a $100 USD Amazon gift card.

Why should I play?

We’re trying to provide a fun way to engage in times when we’re physically distant, give you a chance to exercise your MV knowledge, and hopefully learn a little bit along the way!
