Activation of older MVS Toolkit versions

The Rocket® D3® MVS Toolkit versions 2.2.3.121 and earlier required activation. We no longer have the ability to activate those versions. If you are running an older version, we highly recommend that you upgrade. If you decide to continue to run on the older version, at least make sure you have a current Web Service Export just in case your Toolkit installation breaks, and you are forced to upgrade. A Web Service Export is much like a Pick file-save: hopefully you never need it, but if you do, you'll be glad you have it!

Upgrading the MVS Toolkit has more benefit that just removing the need for activation. The older Toolkit versions use Jetty and Java versions that have been deprecated because of security issues.
