Purpose

In this hands-on course, get an introduction to the functionality and concepts of the SB+ Rapid Application Development environment. Explore application design that you can use both in character based and Graphical User Interface (GUI) development.

Let your imagination soar as you unleash the power of SB+ and very quickly realize results. Gain experience building an application from the ground up, starting with file and dictionary definitions, field validation, screen definition and much more.

Prerequisites

To maximize the benefits of this course, we recommend students have met the following prerequisites:

A working knowledge of UniData and/or UniVerse database.
A fundamental knowledge of the U2 BASIC programming language (U2120 UniData and UniVerse Database Programming class is optional but highly recommended)
