System Requirements

wIntegrate® 6.3 can be installed locally or as a thin client on Windows or run as a Java applet in a Web browser. The Administrator and Monitor components are only available for the thin-client installation. The thin clients require the installation of the wIntegrate Server on Windows as noted below along with JVM 1.5 or higher and one of the following Web browsers: Internet Explorer V6, Firefox V2, or Safari V3 or higher. For system requirements for other versions of wIntegrate, please refer to the U2 Product Availability Matrix.

Operating System Software Hardware
Linux The Java thin client will run on the following client platforms:
  • RedHat Enterprise Linux 5
  • SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10
 System x,
x86-based servers
Mac OS X The Java thin client will run on the following client platforms:
  • 10.4.10
 Apple Mac
Windows The wIntegrate local install client, wIntegrate Server and the Java and Windows thin clients will run on the following client platforms:
  • 2000, 2003, 2008, Vista, XP Professional, Windows 7
