Susie Siegesmund

Vice President and General Manager, U2 Business Area

Susie Siegesmund joined Rocket Software in 2009 and is the leader of Rocket’s U2 business area. Susie has a long history with both UniData and UniVerse database servers and tools (from UniData to Ardent Software to Informix to IBM) and the thousands of customers and partners worldwide that depend on UniData and UniVerse to run their businesses.

With over 25 years of experience in data processing, Susie holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver and a B.S. degree in psychology from St. Lawrence University.

Helen Beylkin

Business Area Executive, U2 Lab

Helen Beylkin has overall responsibility for research and development of Rocket's U2 (UniData/UniVerse) Data Servers and Tools. From 1992 until joining Rocket in 2009, Helen was part of the U2 development team; she served as a technical team leader prior to assuming the position of Director of U2 Development for Ardent and Informix. Helen has a background specializing in the development of hierarchical and relational database management systems. She holds an MS degree in Computer Science from New York University.

Simon Caddick

Vice President, Global Technical Support

Simon Caddick joined Rocket Software in 2009 and manages Rocket’s worldwide technical support organization. Simon has worked in the IT field for 25 years. After holding various technology roles in the UK in both the private and public sectors, Simon crossed the Atlantic in 1997 and joined UniData, Inc. After IBM acquired UniData, Simon served for nine years as the Senior Manager of Worldwide Technical Support for U2 products at IBM. Simon graduated from the University of Manchester in England and did graduate studies in Computation at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).

Ron Bleakney

Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Ron Bleakney joined Rocket Software in 2009 and manages worldwide direct and ISV sales. Ron has a proven track record in the high technology and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Rocket, Ron was General Manager, Americas, for Radvision, a provider of hardware and software solutions for unified video and voice applications over IP and 3G networks. Ron previously served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Brooktrout Technology where he managed OEM, service provider, and channel enterprise activities. Ron has also held senior management positions Surf Communications Solutions and NMS Communications. Ron holds a BSBA degree and an M.B.A. degree, both from Boston College.

John Mathieu

Vice President, U2 Worldwide Sales

John Mathieu joined Rocket in 2009 and has responsibility for sales management of Rocket's U2 (UniData/UniVerse) database and tools business in the Americas. He has 20 years of experience in the high tech/software industry and has enjoyed success in both direct and indirect sales.

John has a proven track record of consistently growing ISV and Partner businesses and has a deep understanding of how to build a sales channel. John holds a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Jackie Burhans

Director of U2 Partner Enablement

Jackie Burhans has responsibility for the U2  Product Management team, U2 Training and Partner Enablement.  Jackie joined Unidata in 1992 and previously worked with similar technology at the University of Southern California (USC) and as an independent consultant. Jackie has  over 25 years of experience in computing and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Decision Systems from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
