In the last two months I’ve spoken with many companies about their top
concerns and — as you might expect — the economy tops the list. Because of the current
economic conditions, companies are looking at ways to reduce their expenses and to do more with less.
Putting the
right tools in the hands of your staff will allow them to do more, spend less, and
be more effective. We’ve
had customers defer hiring new staff and others reallocate staff based on the simple
fact that once our application was in place they were able to eliminate so much of
the drudge work which simply had to be done and consumed many hours of staff time. When looking at ways to spend
less, ensuring that your existing resources are being used effectively and at the proper utilization levels is
key.
We recently had a customer defer the purchase of a CDL because we were able to point out the inefficiencies
in their setup and processes: they estimated their savings to be around $150,000.
Putting tools in place that can alert you when issues arise, that can predict when you are
going to run out of resources; that can automate tasks and actions, and can move
you into a proactive management situation will put you well on your way to being
more effective in this time of economic uncertainty. Our goal is helping you do more with less and being successful
in good times and in challenging times.
