Rocket iCluster Post-Implementation Services Details

Product Upgrade

The Rocket iCluster Upgrade Service upgrades your iCluster environment to the current release, giving you and your team access to the latest functionalities. The product upgrade service includes upgrading two nodes to the current version of iCluster, as well as product knowledge transfer about the new release to help your team make the transition easily and to take full advantage of new features. This service may requires up to two days for completion.

Health Check

At Rocket, we know that technology moves fast - including your applications. As with all high availability and disaster recovery solutions, it is critical to verify the integrity of the replicated backup environment before a disaster occurs. Get the most out of Rocket iCluster by reviewing your settings and enabling new features and functions with an expert. Included in every Health Check is switchover verification testing to ensure that all critical files are available.

Because of the detailed nature of health checks, this level of consultation requires up to three days for completion. Upon completion, Rocket provides a full Health Check report that identifies specific areas for improvement.

An Express Health Check can be done remotely and provides a high-level overview of your two-node environment. An Express Health Check can often be completed in less than one day.

Additional HA Setup - Data Migration for New Hardware

By establishing another replication connection from an existing iCluster replication to new hardware, Rocket iCluster can help you reduce your downtime while you are upgrading your hardware.

Switch Testing Services

As with all high availability and disaster recovery solutions, it is critical to verify the integrity of the replicated backup environment before a disaster occurs.  With our Switch Testing Services we can provide switchover verification testing to ensure that all critical files are available.
