About Rocket’s Nortel Networks IOT Approved Products

Rocket ISM enables wireless providers to offer advanced service level management capabilities and Service Level Agreements (SLA) on 2.5 and 3G networks and services. The Rocket ISM product enables end-to-end management of the wireless service provider’s increasingly complex service delivery chain. This allows wireless providers to quickly prioritize and correlate service impacts and degradations to high margin customers and value chain suppliers.

Rocket FM provides integrated multi-technology/multi-vendor network and service management. The Rocket FM alarm and graphical management capabilities provide NOC operators with a feature rich user interface for correlating and filtering alarms, topological information and generating trouble tickets to Rocket FM’s integrated trouble management module or a 3rd party trouble system.

Rocket PM provides near real-time and historical views enabling Wireless Service Providers to proactively manage their network and service quality. The Rocket PM module also provides reporting intelligence for visualizing the behavior of wireless services End-to-End.
