Beijing, China—June 21, 2005—Rocket Software today announced that it has formed strategic partnership with Digital China Holdings Limited, the largest IT products distributor and systems integrator in China with a distribution network of more than 3000 resellers, to provide infrastructure management products and solutions in China.
Under the terms of the relationship, Digital China has become the general distributor of Rocket Software’s NetCure� product line, a leading suite of network infrastructure management and service assurance applications for enterprises and service providers that provides end-to-end management of business-critical infrastructure by correlating events across traditional management boundaries.
Digital China has adopted Rocket Software’s NetCure as its exclusive management system for managing its mission critical IT infrastructures countrywide, and the two companies also formed a Joint Network Management R&D Lab to develop new network and system management applications based on NetCure. Shortly after NetCure is brought into China, it has been successfully deployed and well received by many leading enterprises and organizations in China.
