Rocket Software Closes Acquisition of Computer Corporation of America

Newton, MA – April 23, 2010 – Rocket Software (www.rocketsoftware.com), a Boston-based developer of Enterprise Infrastructure products, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Computer Corporation of America of Waltham, Massachusetts. Since 1965, Computer Corporation of America has designed, developed, and deployed high performance database systems for enterprises around the globe. The Computer Corporation of America flagship product, Model 204, is used to store and access large volumes of data and manages high transaction loads. Other Computer Corporation of America products include OASIS, MarketPulse, CCA Analytics and System 1032.

Pamela Manolakis, who was formerly Vice President of Product Operations at Computer Corporation of America, is the Business Area Executive responsible for this new Rocket business area and will report directly to Rocket CEO Andy Youniss.
