Catalant for Tekelec EAGLE5

Based on the Rocket Catalant framework, this application works out of
the box and provides a complete carrier-class solution for monitoring
and configuring SS7 networks supported by the Tekelec EAGLE 5 switches.
Connecting to all the providers STP, it permits creation and
configuration of Link and LinkSet from a single client, enforcing the
business rules and configuration consistency accross the different
devices. With very strong maps capabilities, operators are able to
quickly visualize the network setup and any fault occuring. This
application is already deployed in Telkom South Africa networks and
monitors all their SS7 network, including the new IP links.
