Catalant for IP

Based on the Rocket Catalant framework, Rocket Catalant for IP (a NMS
application) works out of the box and provides a complete carrier-class
solution for monitoring and configuring IP networks. While it supports
natively the usual IP network monitoring capabilities (network and
service discovery, connections and snmp monitoring, etc.), Rocket
Catalant for IP is specifically designed to be easily extended for
specific modeling and monitoring (for example to model new specific
devices, interface to any other protocol, etc).
