Rocket OpenKBM is a general purpose framework for creating model-based reasoning applications that manage complex systems.  In addition to being the basis for the Rocket NetCure product line and other products sold by Rocket, OpenKBM is also the basis for several other products branded and sold by Rocket business partners including IBM and Avaya.
