The volume of computer-based communications, processing, and transactions rises every day making corporate and individual productivity increasingly time-sensitive.
Any organization or worker who depends on standalone or networked computing needs to take for granted that the accuracy and reliability of their platform of choice includes the most fundamental of shared values: correct time.
And yet, computers can be the least accurate time keepers in your environment, sometimes even much less accurate than the cheapest wrist watch. Where notoriously inaccurate PC clocks are time-stamping everything from e-mail to data entry, or where the ability of a database to maintain absolutely accurate records is critical to accountability or auditing, productivity can suffer when “time drift” goes unchallenged.
Comprised of a time server and associated time clients, Rocket.Time Enterprise Edition provides a fast, reliable and effective way to keep entire corporate systems accurate to the millisecond.
Rocket.Time for the Enterprise consists of a Rocket.Time server which is responsible for obtaining the correct time and one or more Rocket.Time clients which obtain their time from server and keep their host’s clock accurate. In addition, the server component ships with a management console which lists all clients on the network, together with their current time, average time correction, time of next update and so on.
The Rocket.Time management console provides a summary of all Rocket.Time clients running on your network. From this central command facility, you can review the timekeeping performance and operational state of your network systems. This facility also allows you to trigger an automatic update of a given system clock, directly from the console itself.
Both the time server and clients automatically detect each other on your network. The network configuration is fully automatic; simply install the server and clients and you are ready to go – no IP addresses to worry about!
The Rocket.Time Enterprise Server can be deployed on the following platforms:
The Rocket.Time Enterprise Client can be deployed on the following platforms:
Rocket.Time Enterprise ships with a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) plugin which provides direct access to the server’s configuration options.

The Rocket.Time Management Console also lists each client on the network, together with the client time, offset, drift, time of update etc. Enterprise administrators can directly update a given machine’s clock by simply clicking on the entry and selecting update from within the console.
