Existing AS customers now have access to more extensive support facilities via the Rocket Customer Portal. Registered customers can obtain AS product documentation, upgrades, as well as technical hints and tips by logging in at: http://www.rocketsoftware.com/support.
Customers who have not yet registered for a login account may request an account online.
In May of 2005, Rocket Software UK Ltd ("Rocket") acquired ASTRAC and since then has continued to operate ASTRAC as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Effective December 31, 2008, Rocket formally merged the ASTRAC entity into its corporate structure.

Rocket will continue to provide the products and services formerly offered under the ASTRAC name. In keeping with this, all Rocket AS (formerly ASTRAC AS) and ASTRAC ICE product and service information are now housed within our Business Intelligence product section.
Leveraging our extensive R&D resources we will continue to enhance and invest in the AS product line. As a Rocket product, the future for AS looks excellent, and we look forward to sharing the exciting plans we have for AS, starting with the most recent enhancements associated with Rocket AS Version 6 Release 3.
Rocket AS Version 6 Release 3 contains 37 improvements compared with the previous release of AS and 537 improvements compared with IBM AS Version 4 Release 2. The enhancements in this release are predominantly for supporting the new AS Client, Rocket.Ascent, but there are improvements for host AS users too.
