ARKIVIO® auto-migrator provides all of the functionality (Discovery, Classification, Reporting and Automated Data Movement) in a single solution to enable clients to intelligently move data to the new platform(s). ARKIVIO® auto-migrator enables Arkivio or our partners to improve the consolidation process from initial planning and identification of data and storage resources to transparent data migration from legacy systems to the newer devices. ARKIVIO® auto-migrator software identifies categories of data consuming large amounts of storage, including types of files, files that haven’t been changed or accessed, unusually large files and more. At the volume level, under-utilized storage, as well as volumes reaching full capacity are quickly identified, allowing you to visualize how data is distributed and used in order to determine your precise data migration policies. The data migration policies can be scheduled to run automatically, saving the organization valuable time and money.
