Description: Seeking a customer focused problem solver, with excellent communication skills. Job responsibilities entail pro-actively delivering technical support and advice to Seagull Software customers.
Requirements: Must have good computer skills, technical experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire technical knowledge and skills), and a customer service background.

Title: Software Engineer
Description: Utilize proprietary client/server systems to develop software applications. Work with system architects and team leads to create detailed system design, and analyze and test software code.
Requirements: M.S./B.S. or equiv. in Comp. Sci., Elect. Eng., Math or Physics and prior experience in software development for database and security applications.
Also requires expertise developing cryptography tools and/or security tool kits, and expertise with PGP or LDAP technologies.
